Our annual conference showcases
innovative teaching ideas, new research and promising practices. This
year's fall conference was held on Saturday, November
5, 2005 (What a beautiful autumn day it was!) at the College
of Nortre Dame of Maryland.
At the conference, Lifetime Achievement Award was
awarded. Unlike previous years, two separate Lifetime Achievement
Awards were awarded this year to James Cook, a
founder and first president of BATESOL, and Rebecca Price,
a past president of MD TESOL for their contributions to Maryland
TESOL. To learn more about this year's awardees, please
