Develops tests in English as a Second/Foreign Language. Writes, reviews,

Assists with committee meetings, including organizing meetings, recommending

Reviews and revises program publications and interpretive test preparation
materials; participates in teacher training activities.
Assists with reliability, validity or comparability studies.
Applies knowledge of item statistics to evaluation of items and assembly
of tests.
Assists with test development activities as a member of one or more
teams, possibly as a member of a test creation team.
May serve on ETS committees at the junior level.
May represent ETS at conferences.
Assists in project direction; helps implements item development plans;
works on special development projects.
EXPERIENCE
Three years of increasingly responsible professional experience, including
experience in educational measurement, applied statistics, teaching,
or editing.
Comprehensive knowledge of ESL/EFL in order to develop ESL/EFL tests
and learning materials, and to serve as resource person for peers,
committees, and clients.
EDUCATION
Masters Degree in field of specialty or an equivalent combination of
education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities
can be acquired.
