Call for Articles
For the Fall Newsletter, we'd like to include articles from students about their experiences of
ESL education in Maryland. We're not looking for critiques of the systems, but articles that talk about the system(s) from
the perspective of the English-language learner.
For these articles, we'll do very little editing to ensure that their voices get heard. We would ask that each author
identify herself and include the last educational program attended.
If you or your colleagues know ELLs who would be willing to write an article, ask them now.
Thanks from your newsletter editors,
Sarah Barnhardt and Chester Gates
