"Lost Boys of Sudan" free DVD offer to TESOL teachers: TESOL-affiliated teachers are invited to apply for a free DVD copy of the award-winning documentary LOST BOYS OF SUDAN. As part of a national community outreach campaign, high school educators and student groups have an opportunity to apply for a free copy of the film LOST BOYS OF SUDAN for classroom and school-wide screenings.
LOST BOYS OF SUDAN is an award-winning documentary that follows two Sudanese refugees on an extraordinary journey from Africa to America. School screenings to date have shown that the film inspires students and teachers alike, and motivates people to take action. Recipients will be selected based on the film’s potential impact. 500 high schools will receive a FREE Educator’s Edition DVD of Lost Boys of Sudan. Schools may consult with the film’s Outreach Director for help planning an event and finding local “Lost Boys” or other relevant speakers. -More info and application forms at: www.LostBoysFilm.com/schools
